SPAM - Driving License

 I don't know if this should be called SPAM. This might be of use for a lot of people.

I would appreciate if anyone can give an idea about whether we should do anything to change the Driving License (DL) once we get our GC stamping similar to the Social Security (SS) Card.

I checked out this website for specific information regarding this but could not find anyone with a clear information.

Thank you all in advance for your answers

Driving licenses (at least in California) are not restricted in the same way as SSNs are. There is nothing on your Driving license to indicate your status. So if you already have one, just renew it when it comes up for expiration. Most renewals are done by mail anyway. I've had a CA Driving License since 1993, nine years on visa, two on AOS pending, and recently my GC approved. I've never had to 'change' anything on my DL, just renew it when it comes up.
