Did any one toy with the idea of bringing this issue with John Kerry. Most of immigrant community back democrats and they know that too and before Bush INS was pretty much aprroveing things in some time frame . Is there a way he can help us on this or atleast raise it .

Fairness And Security In Immigration Policy
John Kerry believes that America needs immigration policies that are fair and safe. The United States is a diverse nation built by people from all parts of the world who are here because they believe in freedom, democracy, and justice. Immigration is central to our nation’s history, as almost all of us are immigrants or the descendants of immigrants. At the same time, John Kerry believes the federal government must secure our borders so that terrorists do not use our immigration system as a means to enter the country and do us harm.

Priorities
Efficient Citizenship and Enforcement Services

John Kerry supports efforts to cut the backlog of applications pending with the Bureau for Citizenship and Immigration Services, speed up the naturalization process and reduce the wait for family visas and other important matters. John Kerry has also called for reforming and adequately funding border enforcement to ensure that only legal immigrants can enter the country.

Well Well Well.

Isn't this the same Kerry, who is planning to tax companies
heavily for moving jobs to India? He is a protectionist at best.

Kerry is not good for countries like India. I don't think he cares
about immigrants at all.

Finally for most countries and immigrants to this country it matters
who is good for their own country. I being Indian can say for sure
that it is not John Kerry but Bush.

Trust me. I hate Bush a lot. But he seems to do much better
than John Kerry when it comes to India. He is actually supporting
India when it comes to outsourcing saying that he does not
want America to be isolated and outsourcing is the way to go.

Bush is open to suggestion of increasing H1-B by 12,000 this
year. I think he understands that outsourcing is not taking jobs away but making American businesses stronger.

Yes, He may side with Pakistan but we all know that is only
until they catch Usama bhai. During Bush's tenure Washington
and Delhi have come closer and both countries are working
closely on many projects. No matter what it may seem to Indian
people Washington is a key alley to India helping India through
Israel. Can site so many instances where they give stuff indirectly
to India via Israel.

So even though I hate Bush I think I will choose Bush over
John Kerry. John Kerry is a real danger. He will screw us all up.

Needless to say the whole Indian community is rallied behind
George Bush.

Bush is stupid but he is what we all need. Not John Kerry. He will
not hesistate to cancel or GCs and send us back. Plus every body
knows that John Kerry cannot win by pissing off businesses.
