last year when i filed for my 485, my receipt date was 02-264. the calendar date august 23, 2002.
this year, i filed for my h1b, the receipt date is 03-238. the calendar date august 19, 2003.
this leads to me to believe that bcis has fewer working days this year.
and finally looking at the jit, i believe bcis has few working days.
