My thinking on 485 not getting approved/ processed becasue of approved applicants apply for their unemployment benefits, which hurts fedral money as well as unemployment report. Again this is only my thought, this information have no sources
If BCIS approves all the pending applications, then they will be out of job. So it is job security tactics to keep lot of pending applications, so that they can keep their job for years!!!!!!!!!
