Hi Guys,

Did you get your approval letters ? Also during the interview, did they take away the I-94 and AP ? How will you be able to travel in case of an emergency during this period if you dont have I-94 and AP ? I searched this site for non-availability of VISA NUMBERS and did not find anything related.

I guess we need to wait for you guys to get your approvals so that we have a reference case for future I-485 transfers.

Please update us when you get your approval letters and passport stampings.

No approvel letter received till date. No I-94 were take from me during the interview. It looks like depends on the immigration officer some take I-94 some not. Even though all my I-94 were expired.
 
No approval letter yet. We did not have APs, but the I-94s were taken out though they were not expired. I remember that the officer said "no travelling". I do not know what to do in an emergency case. My only guess is that we might go to the BCIS and ask for emergency APs...

Our I94s were taken while interview. No any information after that. Another long waiting....

Did you guys contact you lawyers. What they say about Visa numbers not available statments made by boston INS for approvel.

Myself, i did contact my attorney. She says Visa numbers are currently available and she has no idea why Boston office is dealying the things. She is going to talk to Boston INS office soon.
