My employer applied for LC (RIR) with South Dakota on Jan 15, 2004. Now I see the current processing times reflecting that South Dakota is processing the application applied in Feb 2004.
However I have not received any receipt or priority date. Neither do I know if the case has moved to regional(DENVER) or not . (FYI: Denver is processing March 2004)
Can some one shed light if this is geneuine to not receive reciept but the South Dakota labot still processes the aplication. IS there a way to find the status
