Hi guys,
I've been able to find a lot of information on the other regions, especially Africa and Asia but haven't been able to find much information on South America so I thought I'll post these questions. I found a couple users who seem to, for the most part, have CN numbers like mine in the 2*** range with about one or two exceptions. I'll like to know if these numbers are really high or is this common, and if we will have to wait till next year August or July before we even get an interview date? This really affects me cause my OPT is about to run out and I'm still in the process of getting a new i20 to continue studies in the States, how long should I wait after I get the new i20 to apply? Also, is there a limit on the visas issued for this region?, just scared of not getting an interview because the 50,000 limit has been reached by August of 2014.
