SOS: H1 validity question: Please help, I need to decide in 2 days!!

Hi,

I am currently in US on H4 visa as a dependent. I had earlier received (5 months back) an offer from a local company and they had filed and received my H1 approval.

Due to my pregnancy and prevailing business conditions, I could not join the company upon approval of H1. So, recently, I visited India and got my H4 extension stamped.

Upon my return, the company has now asked me if I am willing to join them now.

Is my old H1 still valid? PLEASE ADVISE AND HELP. THIS IS URGENT.

Hello Everyone,
I have chaged the company a year before and I have not stamped my passport with my new employeer visa.
Next month I am going to India for my marriage and I would like to know whether I need to go for stamping before applying for my wife\'s H4?
