My friend who works for an MNC was the beneficiary for a H1B work permit applied by a consultancy on April,2nd,07 and had a query to provide additional documentation(client letter for employment about the working position,type of work,place and all the other details with exact dates)on April 17th to respond before July 10th.Teknest charged him around 2500$ and replied on July16th without the client letter to USCIS.
USCIS DENIED THE PETITION APPLICATION and criticized heavily that the petitioner is actually 12 employees who tried 2 show themselves as a consultancy/company worth 1 million dollars & so he is cheated by their fake documentation.This consultacy has been tormenting him by not providing any letter (denial/query/their response letter for the query) and not available properly to request for any documentation so that he can reappeal by himself before the last date which is oct 6th.
whom to report to act on such a consultancy without tarnishing his personal reputation for reapplying for H1B may be next year.
