I just spoke to IIO. Initially he asked he my WAC no and after checking my name with the database he told me that he is pulling my case up so that it could be assigned to an officer for adjustment. When I asked why my case is not yet assigned, as per JIT report you are working on 11/16, he told me that it is only couple week passed from my notice date (November), so it will be now assigned soon (approx 7-10 days).
Q2: I did my FP in 1st week of March whether I have to do it again as 14 months is not far away.
Ans: You have to redo the FP in case you cross 18 months not 14 moths.
Q3: Do you think I will be getting my approval by end of March
Ans: High probability.
The IIO was very nice and patient and answer all of my questions. But, I am not sure whether I should believe him or not, like FP (I think it is 14 months not 18 months).
