My Son is working on a job on EAD status now,he got EAD as dependent. Now he is going to marry a
US Citizen. We are planning marriage in India during Sep 2013.
After marriage, he wants to continue working with same old EAD, without going thro' I-130 etc...any issue?
In case, if that is not possible, when is the best time for filing i-130, before marriage (registered marriage in USA
is possible) or after marriage in India?
I guess i-485 is not necessary as it is filed already, right?
