Have you got response to your fax inquiry and
what was the result?
I am planning to do fax inquiry next week.
Would like see how much time it takes to get a response.

going by past experience, I do not think CSC replies to any fax. I faxed them 3-4 times for my wife\'s FP in Jan2002, but never heard from them. I saw a post on this forum of a guy who sent faxes to all the numbers listed on the inquiry form at the same time, and he got a response. I donot know if that is a good idea though.

Coming back to my I485, the JIT date is 01.01.01, and if we send faxes for I485, CSC will reply that they are working on cases of 01.01.01. JIT report clearly says that we can send faxes only if our application date (ND) is less than the JIT date and 30 days have passed.

My avm changed to \'rfe mailed\' for me and my daughter
avm of wife is still same \'dec 6 pending review\'

now have to wait for attorney to receive it
Shall wait uptill tuesday the april 16th

best not to speculate what the rfe is for

I speculated a lot on
\'is the IIO correct\'
\'why is the rfe not yet mailed\'
\'why is the system so slow\'

Solution is just to flow with it and expect some delays

My case is being processed - it just is that each step takes its own time - We just have to be patient.

wait for a few days and then hopefully your case will also be processed.

According to my estimate 260-299 cases is 40 percent over - therefore there are still 60 percent people patiently waiting
