I checked cases around my number again today, I found three cases was transferred to another office on 6/18/03. Last week the three cases one is FP done at 2/3/03 and the other two was received.
Below is the message of the transferred case, I think TSC is geting some help from some other offices?

Quote:
"On June 18, 2003, we transferred your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status to an office in HARLINGEN, TX for processing. Our office in HARLINGEN, TX will send you a written decision as soon as processing is complete. You should receive a notice informing you that your case has been transferred to a local office, please call the National Customer Service Center at (800) 375-5283 .To receive information about local office processing times."

please add the RD/ ND dates

while informing these type of cases, please tell us more about reference on a dimension called time.

The ND date should be 8/23/01
I just wonder are these transferring thing something new? Or is just for some special cases? If it is new, maybe we could think that TSC is trying something to do with 485 backlogs.

This "transferring" is NOT something new!

All service centers transfer a certain percentage of cases to local application support centers.
