The first step for a labor certification was to be approved in the state level... then the certification application went to the regional office.
the BEC handles the state level process. Does it handle the regional process as well ?
Does that mean that those who didn t even go yet thru the state process and those that did but were sent to regional afterall will receive those same letters ?
