ND 2004, received code 3 appointment on 12/19/2005, which will be 2 weeks later from today. Based on the information from this forum, I should anticipate request letter for initial evidence after they received my code 3. Surprisingly, I received letter for RFI today before my code 3 done! I'd like to say thay are doing something now. Anyone has the similar situation?

My husband's case is similar to yours. His ND is 06/2004 and his bio 3 appointment is this week. We received an email from the USCIS that they sent a request for additional evidence/ information last Friday.
Let's hope that they will keep up this pace of processing.
my ND is march 2004 and i was to have bio on dec 17 but i wlaked in and did it ealry last month. then i received an email which read that a notice fro additional stuff.. was sent to me. 'still waiting for it.

ND 2004 - Did my Bio on Nov 28th and on Dec 2nd my LUD changed with RFI message. Yesterday Dec 5th I recieved the letter which was written on a Green piece of paper requesting for G-325A and I-693.
I submitted my I-693 Form with my I-485 application so I marked I have already submitted medical Exam.. It has been a long painful wait, cannot wait to recieve that card.
