Someone's AP Approval.

I have no idea when my lawyer applied for my AP. Despite my repeated mailing, she just wouldn't give me my AP SRC #!!

So I imagined a day (07/25/2003) and scanned 200 AP petitions.

Of the 12 I got, 1 AP got approved on 12/3/2003.

For everyone waiting for an AP before 7/25, looks like even AP approval is random now.

Please don't duplicate threads

I know you are a valuable (and contributing) member of this very useful forum and I hope you don't take this the wrong way - I'd request you to not duplicate threads with the same information, eg about someone's AP approval and JuanCarlos's I485 approval....It clutters the board with unnecessary repetition and also creates unnecessary confusion(I had to recheck JuanCarlos's post to confirm what you posted from msn was essentially his approval!).

Expedited AP

A colleague of mine had his AP expedited with the help of a Houston congressman (Kevin Brady) due to his mom's illness. His ND was around July last week too. Interestingly, his RD was early June. It is possible that these out of turn approvals are special cases like his.
