i am on L2 status i came to US in 4/05 and got my EAD from 7/05 till 12/05 as my I-94 expired on12/05 . my husband's L1 visa has also expired on 12/05 but he has his I-94 till 2007 so his employer applied for my I-94 extention for on 10/05 ...still waiting for it to be approved.The USCIS website shows tht they r still processing the applications APPLIED in august so guess it will take months for my application to be processed.... my questions are
1)i want to renew my EAD but i read it has to be renewed 90 days prior to expiration wht shd i do now ?????
2) can we apply for a new EAD
plz some one help me !!!!! i am confused n frustated in thinking about a solution....i have already worked in US for wachovia bank and i am desperate to kill my boring time working elsewhere plz help....
