Recent past somebody posted that NSC has renewed their EAD from the expiry date and not from the renewal approval date (renewal approval date being earlier than expiry of 1st EAD date). On saturday I recd renewed EAD which becomes valid next day after the 1st EAD expires.
 
Yes, I received my new EAD card and it is renewed from the expiry date.

ps. Looks like they are getting smarter now... :p
 
I am not lucky as you folks. My EAD renewal is started from the date it renewed not from the expiration date which will be end of November 2003.
 
Could you guys post the difference on how many days between the approval date and the expiration date of your last EAD? I guess if the difference is big, they will give you the date of approval as the starting date of your new EAD.
 
my wife approval date for 2nd EAD is sometime first week of september 2003 and first EAD expires on dec 3 2003. and second EAd is valid from dec 4 2003 to dec 2004
