I don't get it . How is it possible that lot 2001 receipt people are waiting for FP and I-485 approval whereas some who filed in 2002 gets approved ? doesn't all go through a FIFO sequence ?
Anybody can shed some light ?
 
You must be new to this forum! It's an accepted fact of life that TSC is screwing may-sep 2001 filers.
