If not, how did you get that info. It would be nice if we could get the info of EB2s approved each month/week

I had a question ? I applied 140 on Oct 20/2003 ( RD ) , and later applied for 485 in Jan 24/2004
My LUD on 140 changed from Oct 20th/2003 to Jan24rth/2004 ( the day i applied for 485.
So the question is , is my RD still Oct 20 for 140 , or Jan 24rth/2004.
The reason i am asking is , i have seen lot of 140 Oct/03 approvals, and mine seems to stuck....with no ray of light.

Donot worry my RD is 3rdOct2003 and still not approved and there are 15 more applications (I-140) waiting for approval with RD 3rdOct2003
I see one or 2 approval daily from past 2 weeks with RD 3rdOct2003. Hope ours will be approved in couple of weeks

It would be helpful to get a progress of EB2 approvals in nebraska.

I-140 scanner

All I'm doing is using a I-140 scanner that I downloaded from this forum. I've scanned some 100 odd unapproved cases for Oct'28-30 date range and run the scanner everyday.
Incidentally, another Oct'29 and one Oct'30 case got approved yesterday.

Well from the results you have got, it clearly seems that there are a lot lot more people who do not read this forum and as a result will not be posting their approvals on this web site. And it may well be true that NSC may not be as slow as it it seems out to be. Lets hope and pray we all get our approvals.

Looks like they working hard, I got my email notice for AP aproval at almost 9 pm.
no it not because the email time was wrong, I signed on online checking status at 7 pm and was nothing changed then after I got the emails then I signed on again there were LUD changed. So looks like they really working hard.

I don't think they work hard. They must be doing it witin regular office hours and may just update your record in staging database and they may have some background scheduled job flushing the stage database in the final database to trigger the email notification.
