Some urgent questions regarding N-400 forms and Fee waiver. Please help.

Hi guys,
I am very worried about that question and what they asked for the proof. Here's is my situation: I did not file tax returns for 2 years 2014 and 2015 (I made less than $900 in W-2s in each year.) The amount was too small and was not required to file by law. But I checked "yes" for not filing anyways (there was a question asked if did I ever fail to file tax returns). I also just filed tax returns for those 2 years this morning (2018, I know it's late, but better late than never.)
I also checked with the IRS and found out that I owed them nothing ($0 balance). I am aware that I didn't violate anything. But when they asked for the evidence (at the end of the N-400 form) "all correspondence with the IRS regarding the failure to file," I have no clue what they were asking for. All I have are my W-2s for those years and annual income transcripts stored on my IRS account online. So does anyone knows what they meant and how I could obtain such documents?
Other question: Will the process be faster if I pay with my money instead of requesting for a fee waiver? How much faster do you think?
Thank you so much for your help.

Other question: At the interview, I know I should prepare my tax evidence (transcripts, W-2s) for the past 5 years. Let's say that I applied in 8/2018 and will called for interview in 6/2019, should I show my tax for years 2013-2017 or 2014-2018?
Thank you so much for your help.
For the explanation as in why you failed to file a tax return . Simply write it on a sheet of paper and send it in along with your N400 Application . The same way you explained here.

2: simply walk with the last 5 years worth of tax returns leading up to the actual interview.
Eg lets say your interview is March 2019 but you didnt file a return as yet. You dont need to rush and file a return just to show them that you did.

Fyi. If you have a w2 your employer had to file that with the IRS thats how they can tell if you entered the correct info from your w2. They compare against the one your employer filed with them.

My point is, you”ll be fine. Good Luck..
