Some thoughts on VSC - Oct 99 cases

As per my understanding on the board, VSC would be sitting on those applications for 60 days after they have sent the FP notice. Most of the guys are doing their FP\'s in the month of the March and if you notice the printing date(notice date) on the FP it is in the 1st week of Feb. Hence the notice date of FP is in "Feb" and actual FP appointment date is "March".

Therefore, my feeling is "approvals" or "RFE" would start in the month of April(2 months after FP notice date). We should start seeing some stuff after the month of March only.

This applies only to India/China who are have done or doing their FP\'s now.

Any thoughts/comments on this would be really appreciated ...

That is a good summary of the discussions. We are hoping to hear some approvals from April 1st for the ND Oct 99.
