Some Statistics For DV Lottery

I made some statistics from the data published in the last 5 years in http://travel.state.gov/visa/frvi/bulletin/bulletin_1770.html

In the attached excel file there are three tables
The first table contains the totals of NL winners divided by regions.
The second table contains the Case Number rank in July of each fiscal year.
The third table contains the ratio between the two tables.

Some important notes:
1. Please be careful befure any conclusion made from this data.
2. There are some weird results I cannot understand nor explain.
3. I did not found convincing relation between NL to CN.

I removed the file temporarily for some fixing.
The file is now attached again to my original post.

According to the statistics you have a promising CN.

In the "VISA bulletin" your CN looks good also for Nigeria
