This is literal text from the website http://www.immigration-law.com/ -> then breaking news -> scroll down. For novice people, these are backlog labor applications in DOL. For many of us this is not new, however in the advent of current scenario with visa bulletin and since nobody is providing us with any numbers, here is the scoop of some activity.

We do not know how many are from each country, but the percentages can tell you something at what we will be burdened with. Many cases from TR are still pending.

Statisticians play as you will.

---------------------------------
Again, the following information is reported based on the unconfirmed sources and people may ignore some minor discrepancies in total number of cases.

DBEC PBEC

RiR 60,000 100,000
Pending 9% 27%
Certified: 73% 49%
Closed: 7% 13%
Rest: Others Others

TR 84,000 58,000
Pending 51% 51%
Certified: 5% 7%
Closed: 31% 31%
Rest: Others Others

It is interesting to note that there is practically no difference between the two centers when it comes Traditional cases, while there is somewhat noticeable difference between the two centers when it comes to the processing of RIR cases. Part of the difference could have come from the difference in total number of cases between the two centers
