I am a phd student in EE(doing as a research assistant) and I will graduate in 2009 or early 2010.Now, I want to DIY apply for NIW and meet some problems in filling the I140 form.Hope somebody can help me.
Q1: In the first and third part, whether I should fill in the exactly same address. If yes, whether the Suite# is my apt#.
Q2: In the third part, what A# means? And also want to make sure, whether the "date of arrival" is the last entry date; And the "date status expires" should say D/S.
Q3: In the fifth part, for the "annual income" should I fill the income of my RA job?
Q4: In the sixth part, for the "Job Title", should I say Graduate Research Assistant". How to fill "SOC Code" I can not find matched information from Usics website.
Q5: In the sixth part, for the "Is this a full-time position?", should I say yes, but you guys know that for RA, is a part-time job and it will be shown very few number at "wages per week" at the same part.
Q6: In the seventh part, If I fill my wife's name, whether we just need fill one form and pay one person's application fee.
Thanks a lot, hope hear from your kind suggestions soon!!!
