Some one else I-140 approved

I was playing with my LIN no on USCIS and found out that there is case with LIN no after my case ,which was received on march 8th 2004 has been approved today.My case is also on rd march 2004-but is not approved yet.
I thought this information may be useful.I donot know if this person is Eb2 0r EB3

Could you tell me how to run the scan? I would like to see other cases around mine.
