A lawyer advised a friend of mine whose app(from SESA virginia) got transferred to philly dol that she will have her labor in a couple of weeks!!...is it that fast?...
also, she will now be eligible for i140+485 parallel so it suddenly seems like picking up(with HOpe ) for all on this forum who have been dragged to no end on the april 30th --245 pile for so long!.
Anyone have any idea if philly dol is moving that fast?. Better have the next stage docs ready...
