1. We are in process of completing all the paper work with our lawyer from the GC. My lawyer told me that I would need (i am on H4) affidavit since my birth certificate does not have my name on it. I did submit a photo copy of my old passport which has my details before marriage. My husband got his affidavit from India yesterday but mine has gottten delay. Our lawyer said we have to send the paper work soon even if we dont have my affidavit.
I am a liitle apprehensive, do you think we have a chance of getting RFE?
