Just spoke to an II0. Here is a summary of our discussion.
First I asked about "0" days left message and she said it is happening because of a problem in their system.
Second, I asked her about the status of my case and she said that my case is on temporary hold because of company name change and they are waiting for the guidelines from INS HQ.
I told her that I\'ve also filed I-140 (Redo) to resolve this issue and asked her whether it is possible to link this I-140 with my I-485 application. She said that she will associate this I-140 with my I-485 and give it to someone to work on. She said that if a second I-140 is filed in Company name change cases, they will associate the I-140 with I-485. This was something new I heard from INS, which is quite soothing and shows some light.
Upon my asking, she told me to check the status in couple of weeks.
Well guys, I\'m hopeful (this is beacuse I\'m always optimistic) that something will happen in my case soon.
