center.
(2) Weather is cold and thus people tend to be cool and easy going.
Its hard to get your car running in the morning.
(3) Night comes early so people leave early.
(4) Cold weather makes it hard to get up early.
(5) Tremondous job security enjoyed by IIOs, this makes them less productive and competitive.
(6) People join once and then leave when they retire.
