Some case numbers to Ponder

Search with the dot code 030.062.010 (software engineer) under NY state (leave employer name blank) and date after 04/30/2001. Select ALL fields and Submit.

You’ll see 121 records match. Around 114 cases that filed in NYS after 04/30/2001 got certified in Federal and 7 or so either NOF issued or RIR denied. Most of these cases got certified in Apr/May/June of 2003. I wonder how so many cases that filed after 04/30/2001 got certified?

Tried with dot code 030.162.014 (pgmr analyst), I see around 90 cases that got certified in Federal who filed after 04/30/2001.

I wonder if they all random picked applications!!!

what your saying is coorect,
at that time DOL people are randomly checking some data and processing some cases

they did in maryland area if i am not wrong
after that only they gave 2 more places texas and another area for backlogs

so as per the site you gave yeah we got many cases cleared for ny
please post in appropriate forum..in ny forum

when i tried my company dot code and year > 4/1/2001
my company name is not there in the sheet
i tried as text becoz if more than 100 rows it wont open in explorer, you have to save as text file
i checked our company name is not there but when i tried to call avm i saw 3 cases in 2001 after april 2001 got appoved..


hmmm..dont know what to say.

Also, they consolidate info from multiple databases so I don't know how trustworthy this DB is...
 
may be justwatching,
when i tried with company name and not giving any conditions then i can see the results
