Some Canadian Immigration Issues

Hi, Iam in a process of getting my Canadian PR in the next 2/3 months.Iam presently in US working for a Company.The US GC is still miles away.I had some questions in mind which I would like to put here

1) Once I get the Canadian PR,I know I can go anytime during the next one year , Now If I go & come back, Iam not phsically there in Canada, which does\'nt satisfy the Citizen Ship Reks , so what does one do in that condition ??How can one satify the Citizen Ship Rek even after not being physically there ??Is that Possible ??If Yes how ??

2) I get my PR ,I make a trip to Canada get a SIN & all that.Now Suppose I don\'t go there at all for next 3 years , will my PR get cancelled, How can one maintain a PR with out being there ??Or For how much Time Period Can one stay out of Canada without Loosing the PR status ?Or at what time intervals is the person needed to make a trip to Canada for maintaning his PR Status ??
