I came to USA in 2003 on a L1-B Visa , we Extended it and shortly Thereafter my Visa was converted to a L1-A which expires Okt 31 2007. I then filed my I-140 petition as well as my I-145(EB1), EAD, and Advaced Parole Docs in March 2007 with my wife's as well. I have received my EAD(Valid for one year) and My advanced parole Docs. My Wife has received her new EAD but not yet her Advanced Parole Docs. However my question is....
My L1-a Visa expires in OKT and chances are I am probably not going to have my I-140 approved by then. What are my options ? Has anyone been in this situation ?
Any Suggestions and or Advise ?
