I'm an international student going for an associate degree in comp programming. I went to a lawer to find out my chances in aplying for a H1-b but he said that an associate is not good enough for that and I have to go for a bachelor degree. But, he suggested to find a company that is willing to hire me in a certain field that I have experience in, and that could help me in changing my status. Is that possible?
