I have EAD, a Valid visa till Jan 2002 and an Parole till March 2002. My employer has received a new contract in Australia and he wants me to represent his company. The contract will be for 6 months..
Now my questions are.
1. Can I travel using the H1B or should I use parole?
2. If I use parole then can I re-enter multiple times uptill the time parole is valid? (do they collect back the parole forms when I re-enter the US?)
3. If I travel out of country will my GC process will be delayed until my reentry? (My employer will be paying me regularly as usual here in US).
Any amount of feed back is appreciated.
