Soft LUD on old H-1B

My wife's old H-1B (NOT the current one) has a soft LUD of 12/22/07. Can this mean that our I-485 is being processed?
there was a thread on this a few days back. apparently a lot of old h-1, i-140 etc are getting soft luds irrespective of the fact that the individual may have a 485 pending or not or as in my and many other cases even after getting GC. looks like some kind of clean up process.......

LUD on L1 approved in Feb2005.....

soft LUD on I-485
i have seen soft LUD on my I-485 on uscis site, consecutively for last 3 days. i.e. 1/5/08, 1/6/08 & 1/7/08. what does that mean does my finger printing has been okayed
