Social Security Tax and Medical Care Tax and I140?

hi,

I am now currently in H1-B. I am not deducted Social Security Tax and Medical Care Tax based on my payment stub.

Because we need to turn in W2 when filing I140/I485, will this (not deducted Social Security Tax and Medical Care Tax) have negative impact of I140/485 approval?
