I just got married to US Citizen after overstaying my visa.
I am trying to change my last name. It was easy with ID and driver's license but I am really confused about my social security card.
They ask for:
a. Marriage Certificate
b. U.S. citizenship (if you have not already established your citizenship with us);
c. Identity
What should I do about "b"? Can they take my card from me?
If I won't be able to change my name on the card, under what name should I file all forms like I-130, I-485, I-765 etc ?
