I called SSA today and was told that now that I am a Citizen I needed to apply for a new card using the link below and apply in person with Natz certificate at your nearest office.
You will not get a new number, but you will get a new card, and when you apply for the card with the corrected information (citizen now), your information will be updated and you will get a new card.
