Social security card for H4

Dear Folks

Myself and my wife have got our EAD from Denier recently. My wife is on H4 and so her social security card says
Not valid for employment. Now as we have got our EAD is there a way to go to the social security office and get a new
card that does not say not valid for employment.

Hello my friend,
Please go to your local SS office, take your old SS# card (your wife) with U along with your wife\'s EAD, and show them, in my opinion they will give a fresh card with the same old SS#, the SS# once issued cannot be changed at all, but they will give a fresh blue SS# card mentioning valid for work only with INS authorization on it.
