Social Security card during 485 ?

I was wonder if my spouse can apply for social security card while waiting of 485
(EAD Not applied) ?

I485 RFE question

I have applied my I485 and waiting for almost 11 Months. I am guessing that with in few months, i will be getting RFE ( as every one does). I have my first/Last name has been switched in SSN.
My W2 is correct. But tax filling has switched name. Is it going to affect my I485 Process.

Any idea from any one?
