So what would be theory for Approval after RFE

Guys,
Just trying to find out what is the theory floating around.
So we get an idea about BCIS that how long it takes to approve your case after you get RFE.(I know there can not be any rules in case of BCIS).
But here being just optimistic.

Can people start posting their approval date after they got their RFE(with re'ved date and recieved date)?

I think someone had some analysis in one of these posts. It showed that after RFE either goes through fast or it will not go through for a long, long time. I replied to my second RFE in past june or so and it is still pending.

I think their discrimination is based on country of origin? Do we have any people from special registration countries who got their approvals without interview or some other extreme actions?
