So weird in the interview today

My friend was scheduled for the interview today he don't have any problem but in the embassy they told him that they didn't received yet his paper "physically" from the kcc ,they just received them by "email or the system" they use .
And they will him back as soon they receive his paper!!!!!!!!!!
is that normal has anyone been in such problem ??? help guys plz
 
That sounds strange. Did your friend reschedule his interview from another location?

I've never heard of someone arriving for an interview and their case file not being there yet, has anyone else here heard of such an occurrence?
 
No he didn't rescheduled his interview ,and they just took his phone number and the email address
 
Welcome to the world of USCIS. They are losing whole A-files from people who applied for naturalization, so nothing special in this case ;)
