So Much bad luck, RFE, day before cut date

Got 27 emails saying RFE was issue for both spouse and my self
Now there is no chance I can get my approval before Oct 1 OR is it?

PD Oct 2001
EB3, COB:not from India, Phil or China
RD both 140/485 : June 2 2004
I 140 approved on May 24 2005

My response was received by USCIS by 23rd .. it was for birth certificate .. nothing happend yet.. LUD changing everyday but ONLY have 1 day left.

If they had touched your case then it meant that the visa number is available for your case. So I guess you would get your approval soon.
 
Sensat is not correct. There will be NO Visa numbers available starting tomorrow. There is no visa number assigned until they are ready to approve your I-485. They are not ready in your case since they are asking for more evidence to see if they will approve you or not. They will not process any EB-3's now until October. When you send your responce to the RFE you will be in a good position come October.
Your case should be approved quite quicky at that point. Check out my signature.

USCIS got response to rfe on 24th and LUD changing from that date .. but no decision made yet! Can i expect approval after today too! Thanks

RFE received on 6/23 and approval on 28th.

You are just one day after -- maybe there is a chance you get it approved today :)
 
I am exited!

Thanks Guy's .. started checking mail for every 20 minutes ..felt little tense as time passing away .. but finally everything went as expected .. My h1 is expiring in Oct .. now need of extension .. sooo happy.

Got an RFE for spouse today

Just got an RFE on my wife's 485. Don't know what it is.
No LUD change on my 485. My I131 was approved yesterday and I765 is still pending.

Any idea on what the RFE would be about? Is there a chance that they will approve after they receive 485 ?

They are probably asking you to submit proof of marriage. Most married couples seem to receive that RFE for what I've noticed here.
