VSC is approving so many 140s nowdays. They are already at july / august 2003. Why is TSC sleeping ?

Is it that TSC is also approving but there is no one here who is updating the info ??

So frustated with these TSC guys :mad: :mad: :mad:

I am not seeing any approvals on the I-485 as well for this week. They are holding off and will approve our I-140 & I-485 at the same time. In the meanwhile, the I-140 officers are being trained on the I-485 resolution process. We should see some action by early next week .

the Fujie followers...

Looks like only TSC has taken the Fujie memo seriously and all 140 adjudicating officers have gone for a month long training to hawaii. Maybe TSC is full of all kaamchor babus who just need an excuse to stop work.....

Why can't they outsource GC processing

Grass is greener on other side(esp when you are in TX). :) It is just that dates are moving - scores of applicants are waiting in queue.
 
Texas Consolidated I140 Tracker

We have many threads running for Texas I140 and I485 cases. Don’t you think we can save time and efforts by posting only to one thread for all our questions and concerns for I140 and I485? I propose "Texas Consolidated I140 Tracker" to be the common thread. Do you agree with me?
