All transferred cases got an LUD today. As I said before, this could mean it took the post office 1 month to deliver the cases from CSC to NSC. :)
 
I dont think that's the case. I got a couple of LUDs after the transfer then 2-3 LUDs in the middle of March and the message changed to "This case is now pending at the office it's transferred". Now new LUDs on 4/3 and 4/4. I think they are putting our cases into different categories (PD current? NC cleared?)
 
Would anyone dare to guess what USCIS is doing?! :rolleyes: I definitely wouldn't.

If that's the case, shouldn't you get a LUD at least once every few months (period of getting NC results from FBI)? (Or you think NSC guys are more diligent that those lazy asses in CSC?)

I think I agree with nc3years. I should not have tried to guess what's really happening. :D
 
FP Notice

I got a LUD on 4/4, and I received a FP notice in the mail today. So it may not be a meaningless LUD after all.

I'd say "nothing"...

For the last couple of years I see the perfect example of the race condition or if you wish the "deadlock" with FBI and USCIS as actors. I'd put a smile icon but I'm just tired.
 
You have to give some understanding to the CIS employees. The CIS respect every race , sex, and religion by observing all special religious holidays. Since 3/2/07, the following holidays are observed: 3/3 The Doll Festival (Japan), 3/4 Purim (Jewish), 3/8 International Women's Day, 3/12 day after Daylight Saving time begins, 3/17 St. Patrick's day (Ireland), 3/20 first day of Spring, 3/21 Naw-Ruz (Persia), 3/22 Indian New Year, 3/25 Feast of Annunciation (Christian), 4/1 April Fool's day and Palm Sunday (Catholic), 4/2 Passover (Jewish), 4/5 Holy Thursday (Christian), 4/6 Good Friday, 4/8 Easter (Christian) and Vesak (Buddha's Birth).

As you can see, there isn't much time for the CIS people to work on a lot of cases. Since April and May are usually busy holiday months, hopefully they can manage to work on some cases after memorial day weekend. :)
 
Any LUDs after your FP. Has it moved forward.

I got FP around 4/4 and got it done on 4/13. Got LUDs right after and nothing much has happend after that. My case was trans from csc to nsc and my lawyer says that it has come back to csc...

Just curious,

Did anyone has a situation where they got the initial transfer notice in february end, an LUD on 4/4/07 but no change in message?

My case is one such case where there was an LUD on 4/4/07 but the message did not change from received to pending in April.

Thanks in advance for a response.
 
I had the xfr lud in feb .Strangely and one more on 04/03/07 for ead,ap and 140 .I had another one on 04/04/07 for 485 only for myself and spouse.I had an address change arounf 25 Mar.
 
My lawyer claims that my file came back to csc. However, there is no LUD or letter from them. So, I think transfers happen even without any change in message..

Just got RFE email. Reason? from CSC? will keep u guys posted..
