So is this the latest USCIS JIT scam ?

ok, so it's now 23 June and USCIS still don't appear to have posted the 18 June JIT update on their site - they have however, updated the AILA.

So let's play this out...

They can tell congress that the 485 date is being updated every month and currently stands at 5/15/02 (as per AILA) - but if any of us want to follow up with USCIS we are told that JIT date is still 4/15/02...

If Congress calls them on the USCIS published date, they can just claim that they forgot to update the site

The Vermont processing dates are not out yet. CIS normally updates its website once all the centers submit their dates. So, they will probably update it in the next couple days.
 
unfortunately we pay for their inefficiency all the time. Our law suit is a start to stop being reasonable with these delays and asking them to get their act together. Please join the fight and donate towards the cause, if you can.
 
i think they are scared of posting the JIT....once it is updated...they will 2 million faxes and emails....so i think they are upgrading their equipment before they post the JIT...
