The process of your case may have stopped, because it has been 16 months since you you have done Bio-3. Bio-3 is valid only for 15 months. They won't tell you those things. You case won't resume unless you redo a new Bio-3.

You are stuck in name check my friend, sorry to hear that, many of us are stuck there...my name check is pending since 06/2004
 
thanks guys, last week i did an infopass and my bad luck i got this Chinese immigrant IO she was total waste of time she did not wanna help just repeating you have to wait every second she refused to check my case with the TSC and refused to let me redo another bio 3 i am so mad:mad:

That is really fast! NSC usually answers in 10-11 days.

By the way on other forum i read that people call to FBI direstly to figure out their name check status.

May be they resumed this service because when i called three months ago they said that they didn't do it any more.
