Hi Guys,
I just have a small question. Does reciept # starting with SRCxxx
means that it was filed in Texas service center?

Basically, my service center is Vermont and my lawyer by mistake seem to have filed my renewal for AP and EAD to texas. Atleast that is what he thinks. Now that after waiting for over 6 months, my application for 765 and 131 was transferred to Vermont Service Center.

he said he made a mistake. Just want to confirm if indeed SRC numbers means that it is Texas and not Vermont.

My stupid lawyer sucks! I have been waiting for 6 months for AP and EAD renewal and this moron filed it in Texas knowing that my SC is Vermont!!

My stupid lawyer did the same thing to me.
I have been waiting for my AP. since january 2003.
(be prepared for RFE because your photo is older then 2 months)

Maybe we have same lawyer :mad: :confused:
 
Yea 6th-year,
looks like we do have the same lawyer. He did the same exact thing for one other collegaue of mine :-(

We already go thru the wait from BCIS, now we have to suffer due to stupid mistakes from our lawyers

6th, can you please tell me when was your case tranferred to VSC? Mine was transferred on Feb2 2004, and my original ND is Aug1 2003.

Since you have been waiting since January 2003, I am wondering whether I should apply for an emergency AP or how long my wait will be :(

than I got RFE (need new/fresh photos-end of October-2003 )
still waiting ...
(accually I am not waiting anymore..........):mad:
 
And belive or not......
it took little long (1 year 2 weeks)
but,
its approved today (AP)
Now Iam going to Brazil.......... :D
