NSC is very slow or am I imagining it?...hardly any approvals past few days

somebody is waiting much longer ...
We (self, wife, son) filed adjustment of status (employment based) in 5/2001, received receipt in 9/01, and were approved in 1/03 (except my son, 14). My son is still waiting. It's almost 2 years since filing. Hopefully you don't need to wait as long as my son does.

I did some calculation and found that it has been 477 days since I applied for 485. RD 12/26/01
In another 3 days I will be reaching the 480 day mark.
Officially the nebraska site says they are processing 8/22/2001.
It is really around 600 days and not 450 to 480 days as our AVM/ online message says.
